At Fojo y Pierini, your trusted dental clinic in Torremolinos, we place top-quality titanium implants, manufactured by Nobel Biocare, so you can regain your smile quickly, safely, and comfortably. We collaborate with Dr. Juan Bolívar, a specialist anaesthetist, who ensures your experience is comfortable and pain-free, using conscious sedation techniques for complete relaxation during the procedure.
Our titanium implants, manufactured by Nobel Biocare, integrate securely with the bone and offer a long-lasting solution with a lifetime guarantee.
Furthermore, we specialise in All-on-Four, the full mouth implant technique that allows you to replace all the teeth in the upper or lower part of the mouth with only four implants, achieving fast, safe and natural results.
With our dental implants, you’ll once again enjoy a full, functional, and natural smile. Replace missing teeth with maximum comfort, aesthetics, and safety, achieving a fixed and long-lasting solution that improves both your oral health and your confidence.
Dr Carolina Fojo Pierini, the practice’s director, has over 17 years of experience in oral surgery and advanced implantology. She is a leading expert in the All-on-Four® technique, serving as a mentor and trainer for dentists wishing to master this type of full-arch rehabilitation.
Thanks to her track record and the commitment of our entire team, our practice has been recognised as an All-on-Four® Centre of Excellence. This is a distinction that validates the quality, clinical expertise, and high-level results we provide.
With our guided surgery, we place implants in one day, with minimal discomfort and rapid recovery. We plan each case to offer you a comprehensive dental implantology service from the most experienced english speaking dentists in Torremolinos at the highest level.
Thanks to guided surgery and local anaesthesia, the treatment is virtually painless. Many patients report feeling less discomfort than with a tooth extraction.
With proper maintenance, implants can last more than 20-30 years. Furthermore, Nobel Biocare implants come with a lifetime guarantee.
In most cases, yes. With the immediate loading technique, we place the implant and a temporary crown on the same day, provided the clinical assessment allows it.
